• Please keep the agreed time

2. Using the estate

• Take care of the furnishings
• Protect nature
• Keep things clean
• Use everything as intended

3. Béri breakfast basket

• Please eat only your own breakfast
• Report any shortage or damage

4. Wellness

• Shower before use
• Put the hot-tub cover back
• Use the sauna as instructed
• Children only with supervision
• No glass inside
• Use at your own risk

5. Fire pit

• Only the firewood provided
• Do not burn waste
• Never leave a fire unattended

6. Kitchen

• Wash up or use the dishwasher
• Leave it clean
• Keep your own food in the fridge

7. Smoking

Not allowed indoors. Only in the designated outdoor area.

8. Pets

Only by prior arrangement.

9. Quiet hours

Please keep quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.

10. Cameras

Only outdoors, for property protection.

11. Damage

Please report any fault immediately.

12. Departure
