These cancellation terms apply to bookings of accommodation at Béri Boldogság Birtok (the Provider) and form an inseparable part of the Terms and conditions They form an inseparable part of those terms.

1. Cancelling a booking

• The guest may cancel free of charge up to 4 days before arrival.

• If cancelled within 4 days, 50% of the stay is due; within 48 hours of arrival, 100% is due.

2. Cancellation fees

If the guest cancels after the free-cancellation window, the Provider may charge:

• 50% of the stay if cancelled within 4 days of arrival;
• 100% of the stay if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, or in case of no-show.

3. How to cancel

Cancellation is valid only in writing, to the Provider’s beribirtok@gmail.com email address. The time of cancellation is when it arrives at the Provider.

4. Peak periods

For New Year bookings the amount paid is non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel.

5. Other provisions

Matters not covered here are governed by the Provider’s Termsand the Hungarian law in force.
